How to File an Insurance Claim:

What is Explicitly Not Covered:
Please note that Shipping Insurance does not extend to or cover the following scenarios:

Packages that are officially marked as "Delivered" by the courier's tracking system but have been stolen or misplaced by a third party after drop-off.
