RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1) ORDER CONFIRMATION & POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By finalizing and placing an order on our website, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.
Upon completing your purchase, you formally confirm that:

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy—alongside your official order, tracking, and communication history—will be submitted to financial institutions as binding evidence of our transactional agreement.
2) RETURN ELIGIBILITY & TIMELINES
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that all of the following strict conditions are met:
Core Return Criteria:

Condition: The item must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and alter-free.

Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all original tags, inserts, and protective coverings.

Inspection Limit: The item must only have been subjected to normal handling and inspection (similar to what is permitted in a physical retail store).

Return Costs: The customer bears full responsibility for all return shipping, handling, and logistics fees.
Returns are systematically processed within 7 business days of arrival at our facility. June of Jasper reserves the explicit right to reject any return if the product shows signs of misuse, wear, washing, or damage not caused by our team.
3) HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please follow these steps:

Await Instruction: Please wait for our formal return instructions and authorized return address before shipping any items.
CRITICAL NOTE: Do not send packages back to the sender’s address printed on the shipping label. Unauthorized returns sent without our prior tracking approval cannot be processed and will be rejected.
We strongly recommend utilizing a tracked, insured shipping service and retaining your proof of shipment until your refund or credit has been fully processed.
4) DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@juneofjasper.com with the following information:

Clear photographs (or a short video clip) explicitly showing the defect or damage
Once our team verifies the issue:

We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped out, subject to stock availability.

In specific verified cases, a physical return of the damaged item may not be required.

Replacements for confirmed defective goods are typically processed and dispatched within 7–14 business days.
5) LOST, REFUSED, OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS
Lost Packages:
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team with your order number and tracking details. We will launch an investigation with the courier service to assist you. If the carrier formally confirms the package is lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments:
If a package is actively refused at the door upon delivery, remains unclaimed at a local postal depot, or is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a $35 CAD administrative deduction will be applied to your refund to offset the shipping, return handling, and operational costs incurred by June of Jasper.
6) CANCELLATIONS & THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You maintain the right to cancel your order or exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of receipt in compliance with consumer protection standards.
However, please be aware that our order fulfillment and logistics systems are fully automated. Once an order is placed, it is transmitted directly to our logistics center and cannot be stopped or modified mid-transit.

If your order has already shipped: You must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our standard return process outlined in Section 3. The customer remains responsible for the return shipping fees.

If your order has not yet processed: To request a cancellation before shipment has occurred, email us immediately at info@juneofjasper.com with a clear, explicit request to withdraw your order.
7) CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We are completely dedicated to customer satisfaction and are always ready to resolve any issues or concerns promptly, openly, and fairly. We kindly request that you contact us directly before reaching out to your bank or credit card company.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without prior communication, June of Jasper will provide your financial institution with all verifying documentation, including but not limited to:

Official carrier tracking milestones and delivery confirmation

Email correspondence, account history, and submitted photographs
Filing a chargeback without contacting our support team first can significantly delay the resolution process and may affect your eligibility for future purchases at our store.
8) IMPORTANT NOTICES & EXCLUSIONS

International Return Logistics: All returns must be shipped to our centralized fulfillment warehouse in Asia at the customer's sole expense.

Delays: June of Jasper cannot be held liable for transit delays, localized courier backlogs, or customs clearance processing times.

Hygiene & Safety: For health and hygiene-sensitive products, returns that arrive in used, opened, unsealed, or unsanitary conditions will be rejected immediately.

No Free Returns: We do not offer free return labels. All return shipping and handling costs are paid directly by the buyer.
